What Does this Mean for You?

  • New electronic medical record system: This electronic health record allows your records to be stored and accessed across multiple health systems, including any future treatment with Elliot Health System. Visit MyChart.SolutionHealth.org to sign up or sign in, to manage your information. Your records will be securely transferred for your convenience.

  • Convenience through text: You can easily manage billing and appointments right from texts we send to you. To opt in, simply text “Start” to 81048. Or, once you set up a MyChart account, login, visit your menu, “settings”, and select “communication preferences” to opt into text messages.

  • New billing system: Our hospital-based billing system may change what you see on your remittance and how your benefits are applied. Contact your health insurance carrier to determine what your coverage includes. Billing questions? Call 603-338-6913 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET.
